where are you located?

Court’s Cookie Co. is a home-based bakery that operates under the California Cottage Food Law located in Santa Rosa, California. My address will be listed on your invoice for order pickup!

Do you ship?

Due to the California Cottage Food Law I am not able to ship outside of the state, and I prefer not to ship at all.

What kind of cookies do you make?

My standard cookies are an almond and vanilla sugar cookie topped with royal icing. I have additional flavors located on my menu and pricing page.

Are your cookies allergen free?

I use pure almond extract in my recipe, however I can substitute with imitation upon request, or omit the almond flavor and just include vanilla bean. My recipe does not contain any real nuts, however it is not made in a nut free home. I do offer a gluten sensitive option for an additional cost.

How much notice is required for an order?

To secure a spot, it is best to order 4-6 weeks in advance, however I only require a 2 week notice if I have availability. Orders made 10 days or less in advance are subject to a 20% rush fee, and availability can not be guaranteed.

Do you deliver?

No, cookies are pick-up only in Santa Rosa, California. Being a stay at home mom is my full time job, and I cannot accommodate deliveries at this time.

What is your CancellaTion policy?

All orders that are canceled two weeks or more in advance (from pickup date) will be given a full refund. Orders canceled less than two weeks before your pickup date are subject to supply fees, which will be assessed and handled individually by order. If cookies have already been baked and decorated cancellations are not possible, and the ordering party will be responsible for the entire cost of the order (you can freeze your cookies if this happens!).
